Steel Framing

Steel Framing - Large Size Steel Farming

Simple & Sturdy Steel Framing

Steel framing is becoming increasingly popular with builders, manufacturers and homeowners for the construction of commercial buildings and residential properties. Although steel frames look simple, they are strong enough to withstand even the toughest conditions. No natural calamities or man-made disasters could ever shake buildings and homes built using steel framing.

Steel framing provides a simple structure that is sturdy and durable. Wall framing in the construction of houses and industrial properties using steel based materials is now the current trend. This latest development is due to the fact that steel framing provides far more protection, is stronger, safer and more cost-efficient than any other material available in the market today.

Steel Framing vs. the Elements

Steel frames are always straight and true. Steel is much stronger and more enduring than any other everyday building material created by man. Steel framing is non-combustible, which means buildings and homes are less likely to catch on fire as long as they are built using steel frames. They can withstand the strongest winds and outlast the toughest materials, hands down.

Timber or wood is no match for steel frames because steel withstands fires, floods and winds better than conventional materials. Meanwhile, timber or wood is prone to pests like termites and is in constant danger when exposed to the elements. This is why steel framing comes highly recommended. Not even earthquakes or cyclones can damage properties that use steel frames as their foundation. They are the solid foundation any residential or industrial properties should have.

Other Companies Who Use Steel Framing

Examples of some of our previous projects include the Steel Framing Hungry Jacks/Burger King sites in Mentone, Roxburgh Park, Corio and Kangaroo Flat. More recently we have been involved in the construction of McDonald’s Restaurants in Melton East, Seymour (Victoria), Caroline Springs, Warrnambool, Yarrawonga and Benalla.

Our current commercial projects are McDonald’s Restaurants in Manor Lakes, south-west of Melbourne, and Port Lincoln in South Australia.
